Rev. Mike Hernandez

Associate Pastor

Born and raised in sunny South Florida, Mike graduated from Trinity International University with a B.A., earned his Master of Divinity degree at Knox Theological Seminary, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Reformed Theological Seminary. He was ordained in 2017. Prior to joining the staff at Crossroads, Mike served as a youth pastor and assistant pastor at two PCA churches in South Florida.
Mike loves all things family ministry and has been active in various parachurch ministries. He and his wife Marcella have two children, Aiden and Adam.

David Crossan

Director of Congregational Care & Outreach

In 2017 David left a career in banking to follow God’s call into full-time ministry at Crossroads. His devotion to the Lord has been shaped and refined through a variety of life experiences including the personal tragedy of losing his first wife to brain cancer. A Delaware native, David is a graduate of William Penn High School and the University of Delaware. He is a Ruling Elder at Crossroads, is licensed to preach by the Heritage Presbytery, and is pursuing a Master of Arts degree with Reformed Theological Seminary.
He and his wife Amber live in Middletown where they are raising their four boys – David Jr., Sammy, Will, and Jack.

Sara Miller

Administrative Assistant

Sara is a member of Crossroads and has been attending since 2011. She serves on the Worship Team, is a leader in the Youth Group, and participates in various other ministries.
