Rev. Mike Hernandez
Senior Pastor
Born and raised in sunny South Florida, Mike graduated from Trinity International University with a B.A., earned his Master of Divinity degree at Knox Theological Seminary, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Reformed Theological Seminary Orlando. He was ordained in 2017. Prior to joining the staff at Crossroads, Mike served as a youth pastor and assistant pastor at two PCA churches in South Florida.
Throughout his ministry, Mike has been active in various parachurch ministries, hosted and managed a Podcast, and spoken at retreats and conferences. He and his wife Marcella have two children, Aiden and Adam.

David Crossan
Director of Congregational Care & Outreach
In 2017 David left a career in banking to follow God’s call into full-time ministry at Crossroads. His devotion to the Lord has been shaped and refined through a variety of life experiences including the personal tragedy of losing his first wife to brain cancer. A Delaware native, David is a graduate of William Penn High School and the University of Delaware. He is a Ruling Elder at Crossroads, is licensed to preach by the Heritage Presbytery, and is pursuing a Master of Arts degree with Reformed Theological Seminary.
He and his wife Amber live in Middletown where they are raising their four boys – David Jr., Sammy, Will, and Jack.
