
Rev. Mike Hernández
Senior Pastor
Born and raised in sunny South Florida, Mike graduated from Trinity International University with a B.A., earned his Master of Divinity degree at Knox Theological Seminary, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Reformed Theological Seminary Orlando. Prior to joining the staff at Crossroads, Mike served as a youth pastor and assistant pastor at two PCA churches in Miami.
Mike is a member of the National Association of Scholars, blogs at Rod & Staff, and has written for The Gospel Coalition and Gospel-Centered Discipleship. He and his wife Marcella have two children, Aiden and Adam.

David Crossan
Director of Congregational Care & Outreach
In 2017, David left a career in banking to follow God’s call into full-time ministry at Crossroads. His devotion to the Lord has been shaped and refined through a variety of life experiences, including the personal tragedy of losing his first wife to brain cancer. A Delaware native, David is a graduate of William Penn High School and the University of Delaware, and Reformed Theological Seminary. He is a Ruling Elder at Crossroads, licensed to preach by the Heritage Presbytery, and is pursuing ordination.
He and his wife Amber live in Middletown and have four sons – David Jr., Sammy, Will, and Jack.
