And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another - and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

The Women's ministry at Crossroads seeks to build up women through discipleship in God's Word. Throughout the year, we host studies that promote fellowship opportunities that allow women to grow with one another in their walk with the Lord.

Bible Study

The Spring 2024 Women's Bible Study will be studying "What a Royal Mess: A Study of 1 and 2nd Kings" by Susan Tyner. There are two meeting times:  on Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11am at Crossroads and on Thursday evenings from 7-9pm at Ginny McCanney's House (203 East Bradford Court, Middletown, DE 19709).

Women's Spring Event

Join us from 12-2:30pm on Saturday, May 4th for the Women's Ministry Spring Event! Beth Anderson will be sharing her story. Come learn how to antique a vase and arrange flowers! All women should bring an 8-10” vase and cutting shears. Lunch will be provided.  RSVP BY 4/27. Please let us know if you will be bringing a friend. There is a $10 cover fee.

Mentoring 

We feel it is important to create a space for women to encourage and disciple them in their walk with the Lord. If you are interested in how you can get connected in this way, please feel free to reach out to a member of our Women's Ministry team. 

Community

Opportunities are provided throughout the year for the women to grow in community together. These range from more intimate events such as book clubs, to large gatherings such as our annual Women's Mini Retreat and Women's Christmas Event. We also seek to serve our church and surrounding community through our freezer meal ministry, where we prepare meals for families in need.
