Growing together.

Whoever you are, wherever you're from, you are welcome here.

Reach. Teach. Empower.

Those three words define the student ministry at Crossroads. Salt ‘N’ Light exists to spread a passion for the fame of God’s name by making disciples through gospel-informed instruction and gospel-centered community to empower young people for gospel mission.  Our desire is see our students grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Everything we do is Christ-centered, community oriented, and orbits around discipleship.

We also focus our energies and efforts on outreach events and the development of student leaders. We strongly believe that if we invest in students today, we will have a church tomorrow.

Join us for weekly dinner, discipleship, games, and small group discussion. 6-8pm.

Student Life Missions Camp

From Monday, August 1st to Friday, August 5th, a team of students and leaders will travel to Mt. Bethel, PA to spend five days serving that community by improving, repairing, and rehabilitating homes and neighborhoods. The camp also includes worship, learning through sound biblical teaching, Bible study, and small group discussions. Student Life is the ministry organizing and hosting the missions camp, and will provide them with everything they need to make an impact. This missions camp allows us to serve in a meaningful way while enjoying the fun and discipleship that are part of other retreats and camps. Our team's goal and hope for this camp is to put our faith to action, become missions minded, and service oriented beyond the four walls of the church. Please be praying for our team in the months to come as they raise financial support and prepare their hearts for this time. If you have any questions, or would like to donate funds, please contact Pastor Mike at

Small Groups

Get Connected. Go Deeper.

Part of our time on Wednesday nights is dedicated to small groups. We believe that engaging our youth in small group discussions helps to deepen their understanding on the topics we discuss, as well as strengthening connections within the group.  This creates a smaller, more intimate setting where we hope to build a comfortable space for them to question, discuss, and learn among peers and leaders.
