Growing together.

Whoever you are, wherever you're from, you are welcome here.

Reach. Teach. Empower.

Those three words define the student ministry at Crossroads. Salt ‘N’ Light exists to spread a passion for the fame of God’s name by making disciples through gospel-informed instruction and gospel-centered community to empower young people for gospel mission.  Our desire is see our students grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Everything we do is Christ-centered, community oriented, and orbits around discipleship.

We also focus our energies and efforts on outreach events and the development of student leaders. We strongly believe that if we invest in students today, we will have a church tomorrow.

Join us for weekly dinner, discipleship, games, and small group discussion. 6-8pm.

Reality Factor weekend retreat is packed with hundreds of middle & high school students from churches throughout the region. The weekend is filled with great worship, relevant and engaging talks for both middle and high schools students, crazy games, competitions, skits, ropes course, giant swing, zip line, and more.  It serves as a great getaway from the day-to-day grind of school and allows us to enter the reality of life lived in community with Jesus.  Don’t miss out!

Small Groups

Get Connected. Go Deeper.

Part of our time on Wednesday nights is dedicated to small groups. We believe that engaging our youth in small group discussions helps to deepen their understanding on the topics we discuss, as well as strengthening connections within the group.  This creates a smaller, more intimate setting where we hope to build a comfortable space for them to question, discuss, and learn among peers and leaders.
